VidaNyx has expanded to serve the needs of the +50 million cases that go through the U.S. court system every year. Our goal is to continually innovate to serve the Digital Video Evidence needs of organizations that help survivors of abuse, including human trafficking and domestic violence.
VidaNyx is the leading cloud-based Digital Video Evidence Management solution for public good, serving child advocacy, child protective services, prosecuting attorneys, and law enforcement organizations. Our initial focus started by serving the needs of the more than 900 Child Advocacy Centers (CACs) in the U.S. that help over 700,000 children survivors of abuse and neglect every year. We work in collaboration with sector experts, advocates, law enforcement, national child advocacy organizations, national prosecution associations and the judicial system; as well as with leading manufacturers of video recording systems.
VidaNyx is made of mission-driven, passionate people who are experts in their fields. Our team is fully-focused on providing the best product, resources, and customer service to help organizations meet their own missions. Many of our team members have professional experiences within children’s advocacy centers, nonprofit organizations, district attorney’s offices and law enforcement agencies.
Ben Jackson, a technologist with nearly two decades of experience, joined VidaNyx in 2023. He has driven customer success and business strategy at companies like LinkedIn and WP Engine, specializing in platform-as-a-service (PaaS) and software-as-a-service (SaaS).
Ben’s insight into customer intelligence has led to industry-changing solutions. An advocate for children and families, he volunteers at Shared Hope International and supports his wife’s work in early childhood special education. An active investor, he’s committed to identifying and investing in promising startups. At home in Nebraska, he’s also a devoted father, husband, and fitness enthusiast.

Dave builds customer intimacy to ensure we deliver on the promise of VidaNyx technologies to accelerate justice and healing.
Dave previously led product management and operations incubations at Giving Tech Labs, including VidaNyx. A seasoned startup executive, with experience driving 10x revenue growth at Invoca, an AI powered call analytics company, Dave also spent 10 years at Microsoft leading business and product teams in the Windows, Office, and Online divisions.

David translates customer needs into practical innovation. He brings 18 years of experience in design and development, driven by a passion to connect human problems with technology solutions.
Previously David served as the Director of Development at Ervin & Smith. He has launched lean web/app/software projects for the likes of Carson Wealth, TD Ameritrade, West Corporation, Weitz Investment Management, Blogglebeans, and the University of Missouri.

Recognized by the FBI for her service and commitment to the field of child abuse, Carrie Paschall has over 25 years of experience in investigative leadership - including 14 in the Tarrant County, Texas DA's Office. As a Forensic Interviewer, Trainer and Expert Witness she has testified in over 70 court proceedings, and has conducted over 5,500 child forensic interviews.
Carrie's passion for protection and justice drives her consultative approach to helping organizations VidaNyx evidence.
